SIZE GUIDE

How to Measure Your Dog

A good fit keeps the vest from shifting and makes the handle easy to grab. You’ll need a soft tape measure and about two minutes.

Vest Harnesses & Low-Profile Harnesses

Measure the girth: wrap the tape around the widest part of the rib cage, just behind the front legs. Keep it snug but not tight.

Medium  21.5–28.5" girth

Large  27.5–36" girth

X-Large  33.5–45" girth

Fits Service Dog, ESA, Therapy Dog, Medical Alert, PTSD, Autism, POTS, Allergy Alert and Support Animal vests and harnesses. Between sizes? Choose the larger size and tighten the straps.

Cape Style Vests

Measure the girth the same way, around the widest part of the rib cage.

Small  17–22" girth (43–56 cm) · no-pocket cape only

Medium  22–27" girth (56–69 cm)

Large  27–32" girth (69–81 cm)

X-Large  32–42" girth (81–107 cm)

The cape with an ID pocket starts at Medium, because a Small doesn’t have room for the pocket.
