Frequently Asked Questions
How do I measure my dog for a vest?
Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of the rib cage, just behind the front legs. Vest harnesses come in Medium (21.5–28.5"), Large (27.5–36") and X-Large (33.5–45"). Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
Can I switch the patches?
Yes. Patches attach with hook-and-loop, so you can swap between Service Dog, ESA, Therapy Dog and In Training patches. Extra patch sets are sold separately.
Which collar size should I order?
Measure around your dog’s neck. Collars come in XS (8–12"), S (10–16"), M (14–20") and L (16–24").
Pocket vest or low-profile harness?
The pocket vest has a clear ID window on the chest. The low-profile harness has no pocket and less bulk, a favorite for hot weather and tight spaces. Both include a control handle, reflective trim and 10 information cards.
What’s best for hot weather or quick outings?
Many handlers pair a lightweight collar or a leash sleeve with their vest. Our leash sleeves wrap any 1-inch flat leash and show bold embroidered lettering.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Every U.S. order ships free by USPS First Class, usually arriving in 3–5 days. Our gear is also available on Amazon, where our vest harness averages 4.6 out of 5 stars.
